At ENVOY we want your visit to be relaxing and enjoyable. Please note some of our expectations as our guest. Our drivers are professional and are expected to serve you as royalty. Please remember to respect them as they try to accommodate your requests. Please,  NO Smoking  at any time.  Smoking stops are allowed on request. Glasses are there for your use and must remain in the limousine.( broken glass 10.00) Guests may bring their own  adult refreshments.  NO Drug use. Water and soft drinks are provided as a complimentary bar. Limousine is subject to police inspection for probable cause . Motion discomfort bags are provided. Please use them ( 100.00  cleaning fee) Climate control and audio abuse/damage ( 500.00 plus vehicle down time) Tears and ripped vinyl / leather seats ( 500.00 plus vehicle down time) No children under 9 unless in formal attire. No children are to be left unattended in the limousine at Any time. Please, No body glitter SAFETY Please Allow the Doors to be opened ONLY by the chauffeur. No arms or other limbs outside the windows. Seatbelts are there if needed. Remain seated, move around only as needed. Please use trash bins don't litter outside the Limo. The Chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip for any reason he feels is a threat to the vehicle or himself. Please note other terms. DEPOSITS are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. 45 for weddings or proms. Deposit required is $ 150.00 .  The balance to be paid in full prior to the event. Additional hours will be ( 75.00 ),  paid by cash or charged to Guests credit card  based on 15mins after the last hour. No dates are reserved without deposit. We reserve the right to exchange vehicles if required due to mechanical failure or avaliability.
